There’s talk that it’s not much different from a hosted SQL Server at your ISP. It’s an issue of control, I suppose. Some people get spooked by the notion of transitioning to a fully hosted SQL solution. So, the discussion started at Stephen Wynkoop’s site, but let’s continue it here.
